Orders placed on the Fotospeed website will be acknowleged by e-mail as they are submitted. Once they are processed a further acknowledgement will be sent. If there are any stock problems we will e-mail you at the address supplied with the order.
Any items purchased from our web site may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase for a full refund provided that they are in the original packaging, have not been used and are in a resaleable condition. This waranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Our standard delivery is a 24 hour service from the time of dispatch. Other services are available. Fotospeed cannot accept any liability for delivery delays or any consequential loss due to delivery delays.
All items must be paid for before dispatch. A valid credit card must be supplied with each order. If the payment fails we reserve the right to collect any outstanding money on the submission of an invoice for immediate settlement.
